Subscription Agreement

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that you will no longer have access to the system. You may resubscribe at any time at the current regular price.

Subscription Levels

There is one standard subscription level that includes access to all system features for one price billed monthly.

Additional Users

The Sunroom Tools subscription includes one administrator user and 5 additional users. You can add more than 5 additional users to your account at a cost of $10/user per month. You can add/remove additional users at any time. Charges for paid additional users for the current month are prorated and reconciled as a part of the following month's invoice. They are billed monthly after that until removed.

Billing

The billing period starts on the day that you click the subscribe button and continues billing each month at that time until canceled by the Customer.

Resubscribe

You may resubscribe by logging into your account and following the resubscribe instructions. Resubscribing causes the new subscription to be billed at the regular subscription price at the time of resubscribing. The new subscription is billed immediately and the billing period starts at that point.
